How to Pay

To keep our therapeutic space dedicated to your healing, I request that payments be settled before or at the start of our session. This allows us to end our time together focused on your reflection and "emergence" rather than an invoice.

1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

The preferred method for both online and in-person sessions.

Timing: Please send proof of payment at least 2 hours before our scheduled start.
Banking Details: [Insert Bank Name, Account Number, Branch Code].
Reference: Please use your Invoice Number or Full Name.

2. SnapScan / Zapper

For a quick, contactless option during in-person sessions at the office. Simply scan the code in the waiting area or on your digital invoice.

3. Credit & Debit Cards

I accept all major cards via a secure mobile point-of-sale (Yoco) in the room.

Medical Aid Claims

As a Registered Counsellor, my services are recognized by most South African medical aids.

The Process: I operate as a "cash practice," meaning payment is made directly to me.
Reimbursement: I will provide you with a professional statement of account containing all necessary ICD-10 codes, which you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement (subject to your specific plan and available savings).

Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full professional rate, as that space was held specifically for you.
